Get to our room and not only was it not the non renovated room we requested originally but it was a non renovated pet friendly room a long stretch from what we booked. She told me that I could come down the next day between 1-4 pm and they could change our room if one became available. After talking with her manager I was informed by the front desk worker who was helping me that they didn’t have the renovated 2 bed room I had reserved and they could put me into a non renovated room for the night (no mention of charging the discounted rate that the non renovated room cost). Being I was traveling with another person I replied that we would need the two beds. Upon checking in I was asked if I needed the 2 queen beds in the room I’d reserved.
